The Training Process

THE PROCESS

  • Once a Regional Director recruits an indigenous team, the next step in the process is training.
     

  • The first stage of the training process is an intensive five-day, in-person training experience consisting of presentations, group exercises, discussions and skill building. A second goal is to form a group of individuals into a cohesive team. A third goal is to form an operational strategy.
     

  • The second stage is Zoom meetings that focus on preparing the team to organize and conduct a Faith-Based Reconciliation workshop. 
     

  • The third stage is on-the-job training in diplomatic meetings.
