The training lays the foundation for faith-based diplomacy, its principles, methods, required skills and applications in political/cultural systems to resolve identity-based conflicts.
The selection process involves interviews with the Institute's President, the Regional Director and the Core Group to evaluate candidate suitability based on faith-orientation, character traits, and skills.
The training consists of three parts: the principles and practices of Faith-Based Diplomacy and Reconciliation; how to organize and conduct a Faith-Based Reconciliation Workshop; and character formation of the candidates.
